The Elite mattress collection represents the gold standard of two-sided innerspring construction. Each model in the Elite mattress collection starts with a 12.5-gauge offset coil innerspring, more flexible and responsive than a traditional Bonnell coil, reinforced with double edge side supports. From the original Elite to the thicker-padded Premier and the latex-infused Luxe, every mattress is fully double-sided, built to flip and rotate for even wear, and backed by Monarch Rest’s 20-year limited warranty. Craftsmen hand-assemble each one in Sugarcreek, Ohio.

The Elite Mattress collection – built to last

Most mattresses today are single-sided — you can rotate them, but you can’t flip them. The Elite mattress collection takes a different approach. Because both sides carry the same comfort layers and construction, flipping it each spring and fall distributes wear evenly rather than concentrating it on one surface. Over time, that simple habit extends the life of the mattress significantly. Combined with the offset coil innerspring’s superior flexibility and hand-assembled construction, the Elite line is built to be a long-term investment.

Hand Assembled

The innerspring core is layered with multiple layers of insulation to keep the high density foam padding from wearing directly against the steel springs. Aligning the layers carefully and attaching the cover properly are key to building a neatly tailored mattress.

Quality Insulation

The insulation is hidden within the mattress. In the component illustration for each mattress, you can see that carefully selected components combine
to keep the foam padding from being pushed down into the innerspring. Insufficient insulation will result in damaged foam and body impressions. We have carefully chosen and tested our insulation to help all the layers work
together for optimal endurance and comfort.

Warranty

First 10 Years: We will replace or repair for free any mattress with workmanship defects or component failures, including impressions exceeding 1/2 inch. You pay nothing but transportation.
Next 10 Years: We will replace or repair for 50% off any mattress with workmanship defects or component failures. Impressions must exceed 1 inch.
