Most made-to-order pieces take an average of 3–5 months from order to delivery, depending on the piece, wood, and finish selected. Because every item is handcrafted to order rather than pulled from a warehouse, we recommend planning ahead if you’re working toward a specific move-in or event date.

Yes, we can coordinate delivery once your piece arrives at our location. We have our own delivery service for local deliveries. We work with a qualified third-party delivery company that can deliver anywhere in the continental United States. Many customers also choose to pick up directly from our Ronks, PA showroom, where our team can help load your pieces.

Yes. Our furniture is built by a network of skilled builders in Lancaster County, PA, along with craftsmen in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Northern Indiana.

We do not currently offer traditional financing, but we do split payment into two installments. 50% is due when you place your order, and the remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery.

Most furniture can be made to order.  What you see in our showroom is a display model that is available for immediate purchase.  Collections are typically sold as a set, but we also keep a limited number of pieces in the warehouse. If something in the showroom catches your eye, ask our team whether it’s available to take home.

We build with solid American hardwoods, our most popular species are hickory, oak, brown maple, and cherry, with select builders also offering walnut and other options. Read more about the wood features on our Hardwood page.

All of our hardwoods hold up well to daily life, but hickory and oak are the most forgiving and are the hardest woods we offer.

You can always wipe down your hardwood surface with a clean, damp cloth, and occasionally use a water-based cleaner and polish. The furniture is finished with a catalyzed varnish on top. To keep a hardwood piece looking healthy and beautiful, it’s a good idea to keep hot items and liquids off surfaces. If something spills, wipe it as soon as you can. Many items can be ordered in custom dimensions, we start from the closest standard piece and adjust from there. Keep in mind that dimensional customizations, including making a piece smaller, typically come with an upcharge. We’re not able to build from an outside drawing, but we carry a wide range of styles and can often find something very close to the look you’re going for.

Once your order is placed, our team will reach out as soon as it arrives at our location so we can schedule your delivery or pickup. Because build times vary by builder, we’re typically not able to share detailed updates while a piece is still in production.
