The Conforma mattress collection starts where most mattress lines leave off: with the assumption that you’ll be using an adjustable bed frame. Each mattress in the Conforma mattress collection builds on a high-density moldable foam core engineered to flex evenly when an adjustable base raises the head or foot. Choose the Conforma Gel for pressure-relieving memory foam, or the Conforma Latex for the buoyant feel of natural Talalay latex. Both carry the full Monarch Rest 20-year warranty and craftsmen hand-assemble both in Sugarcreek, Ohio.

The Conforma collection: Engineered to move

Placing a standard mattress on an adjustable base is a common mistake. Most mattresses aren’t designed to articulate repeatedly, and over time that repeated bending causes permanent creases and premature breakdown of comfort layers. The Conforma mattress collection solves that by engineering the mattress specifically for adjustable use — selecting foam densities that flex without damage and building graduated support zones that distribute pressure evenly across every position. Whether you sleep flat or use zero-gravity positioning, the Conforma performs well across the full range of adjustment.

This collection’s products

Hand Assembled

The innerspring core is layered with multiple layers of insulation to keep the high density foam padding from wearing directly against the steel springs. Aligning the layers carefully and attaching the cover properly are key to building a neatly tailored mattress.

Quality Insulation

The insulation is hidden within the mattress. In the component illustration for each mattress, you can see that carefully selected components combine
to keep the foam padding from being pushed down into the innerspring. Insufficient insulation will result in damaged foam and body impressions. We have carefully chosen and tested our insulation to help all the layers work
together for optimal endurance and comfort.

Warranty

First 10 Years: We will replace or repair for free any mattress with workmanship defects or component failures, including impressions exceeding 1/2 inch. You pay nothing but transportation.
Next 10 Years: We will replace or repair for 50% off any mattress with workmanship defects or component failures. Impressions must exceed 1 inch.
